WHERE CAN I CHECK THE PROGRESS OF MY COMMISSION?
The progress and status of your commission can be checked on my Trello page! (Link shown in 'Quick Links' above). Here, my entire work-queue is displayed. You can also click on your commission to view a more detailed break-down of the stages of artwork creation.
CAN I COMMISSION A PIECE WITH OUR original CHARACTERS TOGETHER?
Yes, you may request a commission with our OC's together! However this will need to be discussed on an individual basis as I'm a little picky as to how I would like my characters depicted. If you would like to discuss this with me, please pop me an e-mail at the address shown at the bottom of the page. Cheers!
CAN I UPGRADE MY MONOCHROMATIC PIECE to a COLOURED PIECE?
Due to the way I work, changing a monochromatic piece to a coloured piece takes a lot of work due to rendering, lighting and textures. Hence, its a lot of work! We could definitely make it happen, but this we'll need to talk about it first. Pop me an e-mail at the address shown below at the bottom of the page. It also depends on which stage of the artwork we're on! So it's a little complicated ;-|
HOW ARE PAYMENTS HANDLED?
All payments will be made through Stripe. But don't worry - you don't need an account. You'll receive an invoice by E-mail where you can pay by credit/debit card. This invoice will act as receipt of your purchase.
First-time commissioners can choose to pay with a payment plan (will be discussed) for commissions over $100; and returning commissioners can choose a payment plan on all their commissions under $100 too provided their previous commission was over $50!
